Teen Boy Murders Gay Friend

Yesterday fourteen year old boy named Brandon McInerney pleaded not guilty for the murder of his gay classmate. The fourteen year old is charged as an adult with first degree murder and a hate crime sentencing for the shooting back in February at his high school in Oxnard. "This is essentially a death sentence for Brandon McInerney," said Quest, his defense attorney. There is much evidence that Brandon did in fact commit this crime. There was swat stickers found the day of the murder in his bedroom. He has been held at county juvenile hall since his arrest. He will face 51 years to life without the possibility of parole if convicted.

I think that there isn't enough evidence to convict this teenage boy. There is no proof except for the fact that there were stickers in his room. Any boy who could be studying Hitler would have them just like his attorney said. However, if they had move evidence to prove that he was infact the one that murdered his gay high school friend there would be a reason to put him in prison for 51 years to life.
